We have carefully sourced an experienced rental agent, operating in Santa Maria (Sal Island) since 2005, to rent and manage your property; including bookings, inventories, repairs, replacements as well as paying your bills.

This is not a rental guarantee programme so you can rent or use your apartment as often as you like and the profits come directly to you offering you a flexible and professional service at reasonable prices.
